The Ruins of Castle Moorfathom
The Old Dwarven Road
The passageway that carves an arch into the side of the cavern and curves around the sea of deep darkness finally ends at a stonework arcade; this is clearly the work of skilled dwarven hands. Every three fathoms or so, angular columns terminate with a fan-shaped vaulting; each fan is carved with many spines, and each spine is carved with a chain of diamond shaped knots. The overall effect is a series of star-like constellations. The arcade covers a smooth stone floor. Travel along the dwarven road is, needless to say, much easier and much faster. The road bridges small fractures and large chasms.
